Thanks for your feedback - we're stoked, our NPS is +36


In December, we sent a survey to Now’s business customers to find out what we are doing well, and where we could do even better. We also asked customers how likely they were to recommend Now, to calculate our Net Promoter Score.

We received an epic score of +36, which is more than three times our industry average! Our business team works really hard to put our customers first and deliver great service – so it’s fantastic to hear you think we’re doing a great job. Thank you for rating us so highly, we’re proud of the result and determined to use your feedback to get even better.

One thing many customers told us, was that they wanted to hear from us more often. So we're kicking off the year with this new regular newsletter where we’ll share information about the awesome technology we can deploy to help your business, tips, and tricks to get the best from your products, customer stories, and more.
