Getting Home Tech Assist at your place
Our Home Tech Assist service is available in most main centres of New Zealand for in-home appointments and is available nationwide for remote appointments. The service requires pre-booked appointments, these will normally be scheduled between 9 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

How much does it cost?
Pay as you go:
- In-home visit: $70 for 30mins ($140 for 1 hour)*
- Over-the-phone: $35 for 30mins
In-Home and Remote Subscription:
$19.95 /mth
