For one-off jobs, Home Tech Assist charges are $70 per half hour (GST inclusive), or for $20 a month you can get two one-hour visits with our annual in-home membership.
These charges include mileage (unless you're 20 km from where each partner operates, in which case we'll charge a small travel fee).
If you're a current Now customer, we'll just add these charges and you'll see them on the next bill. If you aren't, we'll work this out on site.
