In addition to our one-off in-home Home Tech Assist services, we also offer two types of Home Tech Assist annual memberships.
In-home tech assist
This subscription costs $19.95 per month (GST inclusive) and it includes:
- Two annual in-home* visits (valued at $280) up to one hour each
- Unlimited access to over-the-phone assistance for your devices. (Don't worry, we'll always support your Now services free of charge).
- Unlimited remote support sessions over the phone with our technical team.
- Wiring and maintenance insurance for repair of your premise's house wiring.
- 10% off any of Now's smart home products (devices only) available on our online store.
Remote tech assist
This subscription costs $9.95 per month (GST inclusive) and it includes:
- Unlimited access to over-the-phone assistance for your devices (e.g. printer setup, computer support). (Don't worry, we'll always support your Now services free of charge).
- Unlimited remote support sessions over the phone with our technical team.
- 10% off any of Now's smart home products (devices only) available on our online store.
