A customer portal logon is generated for all new NOW customers. If you've forgotten what your password is, try search for your welcome letter which was emailed when you signed up. Otherwise you can reset your password here.

Once you're logged in you'll see the different sections:

Customer portal - Blank


  • This shows a snapshot of your current broadband and calling usage.


  • Here you can view your current broadband usage, as well as any history for previous months where you've used NOW services.
  • You can also set your WiFi users here (for our WiFi Hotspot service).


  • In this area you'll find a breakdown of all calls and related phone charges.
  • Calling records are also available by clicking 'View monthly calls'.


  • All things billing are kept here.
  • You can see a breakdown of your current charges, past bills, recent payments and more.


  • If you have a NOWmail email account, you'll see it listed here.
  • This is the place where you can change your email password.
