By default, our Now routers are shipped with our firmware which gives us remote access. Don't worry - we developed it with Netcomm themselves so it's super reliable and secure. This way, we can remotely support the router which helps us troubleshoot device, Wi-Fi and firmware issues.

We understand you might want this control rather than us, so we'll happily replace the firmware with factory standard if you ask us to.

If you have a Whole Home Wi-Fi unit (TP-Link Deco M4), you should be able to access the router settings through the app used to set up your router.
