By default, our NOW routers are shipped with our firmware which gives us remote access. Don't worry - we developed it with Netcomm themselves so it's super reliable and secure. This way, we can remotely support the router which helps us troubleshoot device, WiFi and firmware issues.
We understand you might want this control rather than us, so we'll happily replace the firmware with factory standard if you ask us to.
