Whether you're in contract or not, we have a simple set of plans available. You can be sure that you're paying only for what you require.

Data changes (such as 125GB to Unlimited) can be completed immediately. Other changes (such as removing a phoneline or changing your fibre speed) can take 24-48 hours to action. This is because we have to place orders with our lines and infrastructure suppliers to complete the change. Don't worry though, we'll take care of this for you.

If you're unsure what plan you should be on, that's cool too. Get in touch with our customer services team and they'll be able to help you choose a plan that's right for you.

Please note: Some plan changes may require customers to move onto current plans/services if your original plan/services is no longer supported. Prices of our current plans and services may differ from your original pricing.
