We were stoked to be named the People's Choice for Internet from Consumer NZ in 2022! This was the first time we have been big enough to be mentioned and we took it out with 79% overall customer satisfaction, that's 20% above the industry average.
The awards are based on customer satisfaction surveys ratings in the following categories:
- Overall satisfaction
- Customer support
- Help to select an appropriate plan
- Bill accuracy
- Clarity of contract terms
- Reliability of the connection
- Connection speed
- Technical support (for those who had an issue)
- Value for money.

Most Satisfied Customers
We're over the moon to announce we've taken out the top spot in the Canstar 'Most Satisfied Customers' awards for the THIRD YEAR RUNNING!
Not only that but we achieved a PERFECT SCORE, that's 5-stars across the board, woo-hoo!
