If your concern is about fibre installation work on a shared driveway, accessway, or other shared property area, please contact NOW first and we’ll work with the local fibre company to help resolve it.
If your complaint relates to the use of the statutory right of access to third-party property for a fibre installation, you may also be able to take it to the Broadband Shared Property Access Disputes Scheme (BSPADS). BSPADS is a free, independent disputes service operated by Utilities Disputes for shared-property fibre access issues.
You can learn more about BSPADS, including how to make a complaint, here
If your concern is about NOW’s service or how we handled your complaint, you can also use our complaints process and, if needed, the Telecommunications Dispute Resolution Scheme (TDR).
