Yes, in most cases, you will be able to use your existing router on our network.

Your router may require configuration changes which will require access to the administrative settings. Please consult your router's manual for information on how to access these settings.

If it's all a bit techy, feel free to drop your router off at our Napier hub and we'll get it sorted in no time or give our Technical Support team a call - 0800 438 669 (option 2).

VLAN OFF:

* Please note - The current firmware supplied by Netgear may throttle your Ultra Fibre speeds. We've tested one in our office and the download speeds max at around 400Mb/s. That's plenty fast for most people, but yeah, just thought you should know.

What isn't compatible?

Vodafone's UltraHub isn't compatible with our network. This is because their firmware doesn't allow you / us to make the necessary changes to configure it correctly. Honestly, we did try.
