1. Pay the overdue amount on your account immediately via bank transfer or debit/credit card. Direct debits are not an immediate payment so any overdue amounts remaining need to be paid by the previous methods for quick reconnection.
  2. Take a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
  3. Email the screenshot to accounts@nownz.co.nz


Following this, we will email you to confirm your connection is being reinstated.

If you have made a payment within the last 48 hours, please send us proof of payment to the email address above (receipt or bank account screenshot)

Please note: If you pay outside of our support hours, reconnection may not be able to be processed until banking begins the next day.

Set up a monthly direct debit to ensure your full bill amount is paid every month.
