If you have access to the customer portal:

Log in, then click on 'options' then click change password.

If you don't have access to the customer portal:

  1. Go to our Customer Portal page
  2. Hover over options and you'll see the login window. Click the 'Forgot my password' link.
  3. Enter your account ID. (3133xxxxxx). You'll find this on your welcome email, or on your latest invoice. If you're unsure what your account ID is, please get in touch.
  4. Enter the registered email address. This is the email address you provided when you signed up with this. If you're unsure what this is, or your email address has changed, please get in touch.
  5. Click 'Do it!' and instructions will be emailed to your registered email address.
