We understand sometimes things happen that are outside of your control. If you're concerned about your early termination fee, your contract length or the services you're getting, please get in touch. Customer service is what we stake our reputation on, so if we've done something wrong we'd love the opportunity to put it right.

If you do wish to cancel your Now services, just give us a call and we can get that sorted for you. We'll organize the disconnection and set your final billing date. We require 30 days' notice so the more notice you give us, the better.
