If you've forgotten your username:
Your username is everything before the @nowmail.co.nz part of your email address. If your email is dantheman@nowmail.co.nz , then your username would be dantheman
If you've forgotten your password:
As a security measure, NOW doesn't store email passwords. Don't worry though, you can either get in touch and we can change it for you, or follow our instructions on how to do this yourself.
