Call divert allows you to forward calls from your landline to another phone number. This feature is useful as it means you can still receive calls to your home, even when you are out and about.

How to use Call Divert:
First, dial our divert service on 081133, or +64 6 650 0001 from overseas.
Then, follow the voice prompts:
- Activate diversion
- Deactivate the diversion
- Confirm the diverted to number
- Specify the diverted to phone number (including area code)
- To activate dual diversion (enables a landline and a mobile number to ring simultaneously (mobile diversion charges apply)
- To divert unanswered or busy calls only
