If you opt for a voice service with Now, we'll supply the line using the best delivery method possible.
In some scenarios, we will need to choose a VoIP (Voice over IP) solution to deliver a phoneline to you. This operates on our network, and is bundled like any other voice service.
If you use a third party VoIP service, such as Skype Calling, we won't block or restrict any kind of voice traffic across our network. However, third party VoIP services are unable to connect to our voice servers at this time.
