If you have a NOW router:
We have remote support access to your NOW router, meaning we can quickly add port forwards for you. If you'd like access to your NOW router we can also sort that out for you. Get in touch and we can make it happen.
If you don't have a NOW router:
Unfortunately we cannot add these port forwards for you, as we have no access to your router.
You still have options though - check online and see if your router has an online manual. Most documentation supplied with routers show how to add a port forward.
Otherwise get in touch with our technical team and we'll try our best to get it sorted for you.
Please note, your port forwards won't work unless you have a publicly accessible IP address. If you're unsure if you need this, or want to check, get in touch and we can help.
