When you get fibre connected, there will be two visits that requires you to be present.

The first is the scoping appointment. This is when the contractor will agree how the fibre will be installed. It's important you have a say here, as changing it later can be costly.

The second appointment is the install. This is when the final touches are completed and your services are transitioned to fibre.
